Anyone can print damaging lies about your business and personel. Tryinig to answer back is impossible. Some of the crazy situations we have encountered are too unimaginable to sound true. Couples arguing because of drinking is one big problem. It is all ages. We had one family invite me to their home for a weekend at 11am because I was such a lovely host. In the morning they tried to hit me because I told them very politely that I had had complaints about their teenage daughters who had kept a whole floor awake until 4am. And they had written hundreds of notes and stuck them to the walls, some nice some very rude. They had ripped open tea coffee and sugar bags in the hallways. The adults had put them in a room on their own while they sat getting drunk with the other parents they came with. The Trip Advisor is extremely unfair.
