	A restored Vigneron,s House overlooking the vineyards of Chinon.Private,tranquil garden to relax in. Situated in a village on the River Vienne with a river side walk to Chinon or minutes by car. The house has many old features of beams, tuffeau walls and fireplaces. There is a lounge to relax in , read . play games or watch TV..English satellite . There is large dinning room to eat in or eat outside "el frescoe " There is a private heated swimming pool. There are 2 private bedrooms ; each reached by its own private staircase .
	There is a large bedroom with beams overlooking the vineyards.Seperate private bathroom and toilet. The other room is also large with beams and has an ensuite hydro-shower and toilet. Each room has a double bed .A single can be added if required. Each bedroom can be reached by seperate stairways.
	There are bicycles for hire and table tennis and darts for guests to use. A heated swimming pool with Large terrace within the secluded garden.. Local restaurants are only 3 mins away by car or arrangements can be made to enable visitors to have alift to and from the town . We also offer a sports car for hire on adaily basis to make that visit to the chateaux that extra special !
	Attractions There are many Chateaux to visit ,Chinon being the nearest..There is Saumur,Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud,Chenonceau,Blois,Chambord and Montreuil Bellay.Montsoreau has its own chateau on the Loire and there is a flea market/Brocante every 2nd Sunday. There are many restuarants suiting all tastes and pockets.There are many markets and vide Grenieres There are many Caves to visit to sample the wines. Riviere has 4 vineyards to visit and taste. For the more active, canoes can be hired locally and there are many cycle paths to follow.There ia walk from Riviere to Chinon along the river. Riviere has a wonderful 11th 12 th and 16th Century Church with some amazing Fresoes. The Viennne is only 2 minutes walk from the house and sometimes there are Jazz Festivals along the river in summer .
