Two large and quiet bedrooms withe private sanitaries (1 double and 1 familial) in an old renovated farmhouse in the vineyards near Cognac and Saintes. 45 minutes from the Atlantic Coast and Angoulême.

The "Borderie Room" is on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Large and comfortable, it is decorated on the theme of the vine. A double bed (140x190) and the possibility of adding a single bed (90x190).

The " Marine Room" is on the first floor. It is decorated on the theme of the ocean. Very large, it is ideal for families (4 persons). There is a double bed (140 x 190) and two single beds ( 90 x 190 ).

Each room has its own bathroom and toilets.

For your meals, there are restaurants or country inns in which to appreciate the local specialities. You can also ask your hosts to prepare picnic baskets for days out in the countryside, share with them simple and familial evening meals (only some days on request), or just profit by the living room or the picnic table.

Attractions

Cognac (10 minutes) and Saintes (15 minutes), Angoulême and the Atlantic Coast (45 minutes), La Rochelle and Bordeaux (70 minutes).

Chérac is on the border of the Charente and the Charente Maritime Departements. This makes it an ideal base for excursions to the Atlantic coast and its islands, the Poitevin marshes and indeed into the depths of the Charente countryside.
