	Maison du Midi provides precisely what you, as a visitor, need. You'll find that it is scrupulously clean, warmly welcoming, exeptionally comfortable, surprisingly affordable, and quiet yet handily located. The property itself is an substantial 17th Century home in a tiny and very quiet street in the old quarter of Magnac Laval. It was built using stones from the ancient feudal chateau that once occupied its site. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and has a charming garden at the rear. There is ample parking for visitors' vehicles on the street outside, alongside the owners' own cars or in their private garage.
	Maison du Midi has two comfortable centrally heated guest bedrooms on the first floor, each of which has its own basin. The green room is for one or two people, and the blue room for three people.They share use of a private shower room, which is located on their landing, and which also has a lavatory and bidet.
	You will be served a continental breakfast in the dining room. This will comprise ample bread and croissants ( fresh that morning from a local bakery), numerous home-made jams, fruit juice, and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Home-made 4 course menus in the evening are available by reservation, please ask for menus and prices. On the landing you will find also tea-making accessories.
Price	The green room :45€ for one person, 50€ (55€) for two, per night, breakfast incl. The blue room: for three people 75€ (80€) per night, breakfast incl. High season 2009 : 27.6. - 30.8.
