La Souvigne (3 épis Gites de France & "best of the best" Guide Routard) is a cleverly restored old stone-built cottage at the edge of the village, with excellent access to main routes N/S (A20 and D1120 between Tulle and Aurillac) and E/W (A89 to Tulle and near D921 from Brive). All rooms (2 doubles/twin 1 twin with 180cm double beds) have private en suite facilities with top quality thermostatic showers and are cosily decorated with wall-to-wall carpeting and electric heating. Ex-chef & wine consultant Ian cooks 5 course meals complete with aperitif wine from his cellar and coffee. These are normally only available on the day of arrival, and when reserved in advance. Breakfasts are included in the price and include freshly pressed orange juice, home made jams (6 of them), home baked croissants and farm yoghurt. |
Two doubles, which can be converted to twin bedded rooms and one twin bedded room, each with fitted carpets, reading material and electric radiators. All rooms have private facilities of the highest class. |

From the North. A20 to Jnct 45 then through Tulle and out on the D1120 in the Aurillac/Argentat direction. We are 15 kms from Atac in Tulle. From South, head North on D1120 from Aurillac and/or Argentat. We are 11 kms from Casino in Argentat. From East, A89 to Tulle exit, follow signs for Aurillac. From West. A89 to Brive then follow signs to Aurillac/Argentat on the D921 via Beynat. |
