	La Fief Roget 85410 St Laurent de la Salle Nearest town: Fontenay le Comte
	A 2 bedroom well equipped cottage with 1 bed annexe, sleeping upto 8 persons plus cot, situated on the edge of the rural village of St Laurent de la Salle close to Fontenay le Comte surrounded by rolling countryside with fields of Sunflowers. This area has the reputation for being one of the sunniest regions in France and close to the West coast and near to the picturesque La Rochelle and popular resorts such as La Tranche sur Mer and Les Sables D'Olonne.
	The gardens are mainly set to lawn with spot planting of large architectural plants to give it that Mediterranean look, there is a large pond that is suitable for fishing and there is a small dingy for your use, this area is fenced for the safety of the children. The rear patio has a BBq and patio table to seat 8 comfortably and there are some sun loungers, there are mature fruit trees and beyond the lanwned area there is a very large field which is great for the children to have the freedom to play. There are 4 bicycles for your use. All services are included i.e. water heating & electricity. Popular hypermarkets LeClerc, Hyper U and a wide range of shops are to be found in Fontenay. Stroll round the shops and cafe/bars or watch the world pass by. Many of the villages and towns have regular weekly markets where you can sample of local produce, freshly caught fish and a variety of shell fish.
	Attractions The Golden safe sandy beaches are approx 45 mins by car The area is only three hours drive from the port of St. Malo, 4.5 hours from Ouistream (Caen) and 5.5 hrs from Cherbourg]. Nearest Airports La Rochelle, Poitiers & Nantes are served by most of the low cost airlines and car hire is available from these airports.
