Le Mortier is an old French longere house dating back to 1800's and set in 9 acres of land, close to communal forests and vineyards. The house has been renovated and provides two quality ensuite letting bedrooms with country views. A 2/3 person studio gite has also been created within the grounds which is fully equipped and includes english TV. The property lies in a peaceful, attractive and rural setting about 25 minutes from Saumur, 5 minutes to a small town, and 10 minutes to a golf course. The house and gite are non smoking and not suitable for small children. Dinners are available on request, and Peters experience as a chef makes for a special occasion. Come and share our rural idyll! |
