	Spacious two bedroom farmhouse with swimming pool, riding facilities and wheelchair access. Set in 12 acres surrounded by open countryside, vineyards and sunflowers Limerac offers a peaceful and child friendly location. Popular with birdwatchers Limerac is on a randonee track perfect for those seeking a walking or cycling holiday , mountain bikes are provided free of charge (small, medium and large) Onsite horse riding facilities with professional English speaking tuition available. Horses and ponies are available to guests for trekking and riding lessons for all ages and abilities. The communal 10 by 5 metre swimming pool is enclosed and enjoys panoramic views over the Charente and Dordogne.
	Two comfortable centrally heated bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - a third single bed can be added. Bed linen is provided though we do ask guests to bring their own towels. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge - please request at time of booking. A baby sitting service is offered. Large oak beamed lounge and dining area with exposed stone walls feature fireplace, wood burning stove and DVD player. Modern fitted kitchen with washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. French doors open onto a courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and a hammock for those lazy summer afternoons. There is an additional terrace with views over vineyards and sunflowers. Wet room with wheel-in shower and removable disabled chair, separate toilet with handrails.
