	Beautiful 5 bedroomed villa. Only five minutes stroll to sandy beaches, swim, sunbath, build sandcastles! The lovely market town centre is only five minutes walk in the other direction - many restaurants (seafood specialities), cafes, daily fresh-produce market, all commerces, supermarket. Rose Mousse is ideal for two families or large family groups. Sleeps 10/12, plus cot/s
	Off the entry hall is a 'kids' room with tv/dvd/videos,games etc (plus double sofa bed). The sunny, comfortable living room with deco dining table is a nice place for the adults to relax, equiped kitchen and sunny breakfast room. Bathroom with toilet and separate toilet. Upstairs are two double rooms, both with balconies. A family room with double bed and bunk beds. Leading from this room are two more single rooms. Bathroom. All brightly decorated with some period furniture, but with the family in mind.
	Leading from the breakfast room is a large walled/fenced garden with mature trees. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio, or sip a chilled glass of local pineau whislt the children play safely.
	Attractions Of course the lovely Atlantic beaches, 5 minutes stroll with kid's club, rock pools, sand, sailing club, restaurants with live music in the evening, cafe - something for everyone - even teenage guests have been impressed! The convenience of leaving the car and walking to the town centre, pleasure port, over 20 restaurants within a 20 minute walking radius! Nearby more beaches at St George de Didonne, ariel tree adventure park, crazy golf, horseriding. Royan for her lovely villas, shopping and 1950's architecture. Surfing, windsurfing, golf and Zoo further up the coastline. Chic La Rochelle, distilleries at Cognac, Bordeaux vineyards, Romanesque Saintes - loads to do and explore, or just relax at Meschers!
