The main living room on the first floor is comfortably furnished with leather sofa and arm chairs, a solid oak dining table,oak dining chairs and coffee table. There is a TV and WIFI internet connection, and bookshelves stocked with books, puzzles and games .
Beyond the large glass sliding windows is a 25 square metre, private, west facing covered roof terrace looking towards the cliffs of the 'Cirque du bout du monde' and the Espinouse mountains.
At the opposite end is a well equiped oak kitchen with granite and wood surfaces, eye level oven, dishwasher, and a central island. This leads to a south facing breakfast balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard, and the terraced woodland beyond.
On the ground floor the master bedroom leads onto the courtyard through double French windows. It has a double bed and is well furnished in a country pine style, with a ceiling fan and two additional windows. There is a bathroom and additional bedroom for two people at this level, as well as the main entrance hall and staircase.
Also on this level is the old wing,once the caretaker's cottage, which is furnished in a country pine style. There is one en suite double bedded room, a separate toilet , a room with convertible sofa and arm chairs and a small additional kitchen with second dishwasher etc..
