	The Old Farmhouse 61320 Carrouges Nearest town: Argentan
	La Gringoriere is situated 1 km from the market town of Carrouges on 13 acres of land with 3 lakes. Facilities include a Dining/Conservatory Room with seating area, grassed Play Area and Games Room. The lakes are stocked with a variety of fish and are also great for playing and swimming. The largest (around 1.5 acres) has a large shallow area for young children to use. The Old Farmhouse is the original dwelling dating back to the 18th Century and full of character. Downstairs is a large living room with dining table, kitchen area and a shower room with toilet. There is also a metal action double sofa bed. Upstairs is a big galleried double bedroom and a small landing leading to a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wc, and a further twin bedroom. Bed and Breakfast and evening meals also available.
