These two cottages have been restored in 2005 and are set among the vineyards of the Montravel appelation.

Cottage "Rembrandt": This cottage has an extremely well equipped kitchen, large living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs, and a loft and a bedroom upstairs. It can accomodate 5 - 6 persons.

Cottage "Vermeer": is a large studio cottage, with well equipped kitchen, good size living area and sleeping area, and a very comfortable bathroom. For 2 persons, 2 persons and a baby.

The cottages are next door to the B&B La Bastide des Tremieres, and they share the solar heated pool with the B&B guests (5 rooms in the B&B).

Besides swimming and sunning, there is a petanque field as well.

Wooden beams, comfortable beds. All linnens and towels provided. Just bring your bath towel for swimming

Attractions

Prehistoric caves, old castles, many local markets, brocantes, the dordogne river for canoeing, St. Emilion for wine, Bergerac and Perigueux.

Price

Rembrandt(5-6 person): 1000-1100 per week + 50 euro cleaning fee + 350 euro security deposit
Vermeer (2 persons): 550 - 600 euro + 30 euro cleaning fee + 250 euro security deposit.

Directions

From the A89, exit 12 to Ste. Foy la Grande, turn off at Fougueyrolles, then follow the signs for B&B La Bastide des Tremieres.

From Castillion/St. Emilion, follow the 936 to Bergerac. At St. Antoine de Breuilh, turn left immediately after the town sign. Then follow the signs for La Bastide des Tremieres.
