Tastefully restored farmhouse with private pool and garden, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, fly screens fitted throughout and aircon in the kitchen/dining room and main lounge. Superbly equipped, the house is where we live the rest of the year, so it really is a home from home. We supply all linen from tea-towels to pool towels; for a baby, we have a cot, buggy, potty etc. The pool is alarmed and gated and offers wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. |

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc.and seats up to 8 around a traditional farmhouse table. The main lounge has satellite TV with DVD. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with king-size bed, and 1 twin. |

The rural setting of the house means that it is a haven for wildlife with over 75 species of bird visiting annually. |

Attractions We are a short drive from St Emilion and numerous other historic sites. Our local village of Montpeyroux has a 16C chateau and 13C chapel. |
